Here's some pictures from my recent trip to Arizona. Paul had a friend getting married in Phoenix area and we made it into a long weekend trip. This was my first trip to the desert and it certainly was good timing to get away from the below freezing Iowa weather. We got in a couple of good hikes on mountains in the area and enjoyed the 80-degree sunshine. Paul would love to live there someday since he is such a car fanatic--cars don't rust down there and he could ride his motorcycle year-round. I don't know if I'm sold on the desert idea yet but it certainly was a good trip.
I'm enjoying my new job with Hy-vee at a different store. The pharmacy at this store (in Ankeny) is less busy than my previous store which is a great change of pace for me. I am enjoying everyone I'm working with up there. Unfortunately the manager at this new store, who I really like, is moving to Omaha to work at a new Hy-vee that is going up in Pappillion (sp?). We will miss her a lot and hope we get another great manager. That's all my news, hope everyone is doing well and is getting this new site figured out.
