I obviously should have looked into this earlier in the day. Just 'one last check for email' found me reading the blogs for the first time when I should be going to bed. This will be my test run, and I promise to write more this week.
We enjoyed SUNSHINE and high 40's today. This weekend saw the first break in the clouds since before Christmas. My soul needed that!
Kelly is living at home right now, as her current rotation is with Osco in Batavia. Unfortunately, after a morning run to celebrate the sunshine yesterday, she seems to have come down with a bit of a flu bug and missed this glorious day. It's great to have her here, but I'm sure she'll be happy to get back to Des Moines and the boyfriend next month (vacation block, lucky her). She'll spend February working at her part-time job and flying to Colorado for a little skiing and sightseeing with Paul, the boyfriend.
